Safeguarding

Your safety matters

At Midlands Psychology EduTherapy, the safety and wellbeing of the children and young people we support is one of our highest priorities.

We want everyone who works with us, visits our services or receives support from us to feel safe, respected and listened to.

If you have a concern about the way you, or someone else, is being treated, please tell us. You don't need to be certain that something is wrong before raising a concern.

Your voice matters.

Who can I talk to?

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is available to listen to your concerns and make sure they are dealt with appropriately.

If you are worried about something, please get in touch.

What happens when you raise a concern?

We will listen to you, take your concern seriously and respond in line with our safeguarding procedures.

Information will be handled sensitively and shared appropriately where necessary to help keep children and young people safe.

You will not be expected to deal with a safeguarding concern on your own.
