Our approach
We understand that everyone responds to counselling differently.
We take time to create a supportive environment where people can talk openly, explore their experiences and work towards their individual goals.
For children and young people, our approach is adapted to their age, communication style and individual needs.

Counselling is usually offered on a week-by-week basis, providing regular opportunities to reflect, explore concerns and develop strategies that may support wellbeing.
The number of sessions will depend on the individual's needs and circumstances.
Sessions from £20
