Sleep Support

Helping families understand and improve sleep

Sleep difficulties can affect the whole family and can have an impact on a child's wellbeing, behaviour, learning and daily life.

Our sleep support helps families understand the factors that may be affecting sleep and develop practical strategies to encourage healthier sleep routines.

Support is tailored to the individual child and their family's circumstances.

Feeding Support

Supporting positive experiences around food

Feeding difficulties can be challenging for children and families and can affect mealtimes, routines and everyday life.

Our feeding support aims to help families better understand their child's individual needs and develop practical strategies to support positive experiences around food and eating.

Our approach is personalised and considers the child's developmental, sensory and emotional needs.

Parenting Support

Helping parents and carers feel more confident

Supporting a child or young person can sometimes feel challenging, particularly when their needs are complex or traditional approaches aren't working.

Our parenting support provides parents and carers with practical advice, understanding and strategies to help them respond to their child's individual needs.
